Single Color Vinyl
This vinyl process is an amazing tool for simple graphics, numbers for jerseys and name drops. Design simplicity is key here because of a process called ‘weeding’.
Once our vinyl cutter has finished cutting your design our vinyl technicians must spend time removing the negative space around the graphic to reveal your design. Because of this there are size and graphic constraints.

PRINTED Vinyl
Printed vinyl employs a CMYK printer (like your desktop printer at home) to print directly onto a special vinyl sub-strait.
Once printed, similar to the single color vinyl, the design is cut out and weeded by our vinyl technicians, then it is masked and heat applied to your garment.
This option is best for intricate multi color designs that require the full color spectrum.
In addition to these two basic processes we offer some
special effect vinyl
when you're looking for your design to really stand out.
