A STITCH ABOVE THE REST

EMBROIDERY

EMBROIDERY HAS COME A LONG WAY FROM YOUR GRANDMOTHERS NEADLE POINT. IT HAS TRANSFORMED INTO A SOPHISTICATED AND INDISPENSABLE GARMENT DECORATION TECHNIQUE THAT ADDS TO THE VALUE AND QUALITY OF ANY GARMENT IT'S APPLIED TO.

Produced on our state or the art embroidery machines with needle and thread, embroidery creates a three-dimensional version of your design, graphic, or logo that no other apparel decoration method can match.

SUCCESSFUL EMBROIDERY STARTS WITH PROPER ARTWORK. THE KEY HERE IS SIMPLICITY AS FINE DETAIL IS MORE DIFFICULT TO REPRODUCE WITH THIS PROCESS THAN OTHERS.

Your art should be created as a:

|VECTOR FILE created in Adobe Illustrator with

|TEXT CONVERTED TO OUTLINES

OR

|300 dpi high resolution image at

|100% OF DESIRED PRINT SIZE

don’t have either of these? no worries, we’ll work with what you have!

See our Helpful Artwork Guide for a more thorough explanation of appropriate file types and art preparation.

Once we receive your artwork we will run it through a process called 'Digitizing'. There is an initial one-time cost for this but once this process is complete we can use that same file for future projects.

Keep in mind that the cost of your project is directly related to the amount of stitches needed to complete it. That means the larger the design the more it will cost to produce.

benefits include:

Embroidered logos last longer and are more durable.

You can use this technique even with a small logo or design.

The finished product will not fade even as you regularly wash it.

If you have a thick garment, you will not have a problem working with this technique.

SINCE THE RESULTS LAST LONG, IT IS A COST-EFFECTIVE METHOD.
