CUSTOMER PROVIDED (CONTRACT) ORDERS PROTOCOL, TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM CONTRACT Screenprinting orders, 1 hundred pieces.

DSPE will not accept or count in any items without a company order to receive the goods into. Items shipped directly to our facility should have a DSPE order number tethered to the order & shipping label (unless otherwise discussed with the sales rep). DSPE is not responsible for any damages or misprints to items not purchased through our company. By agreeing to the Confirmation, you are hereby bound by this disclaimer and hold DSPE harmless for any damages to any of the products you’ve provided us to decorate.

DISCLAIMERS & RETURN POLICY

Any items/jobs produced by DSPE must be picked up within 7 days of completion, unless your project has been shipped out to you. Any defective items must be returned within 14 days of completed order. If there is a return within the 14 days of completion, we will issue a credit only: no refunds are allowed. Credits will be issued only if DSPE is at fault with your project.
