Frequently Asked Questions
Since 1983, Denver Screen Print & Embroidery has become one of the most trusted names for both custom embroidery and screen printing custom apparel. Whether your project calls for corporate apparel (logo apparel) or personalized shirts, you have come to the right website; we’ll produce your job in the most professional manner. Although we’re best known for water based t shirt printing (as well as producing custom t-shirts using plastisol inks), many companies brand themselves with our custom embroidery services. Look through our wholesale catalogs (on our Home Page, click on Shop our Catalogs) for a complete selection of all the best name brands available in the marketplace. The following are a few of the services we offer from start to finish of your project:
How does screen printing work?
Many of our clients require clothing branded by embroidered custom logos. Again, we provide state-of-the-art digitizing as well as sewing your logo onto great looking apparel. Our turn around time for embroidery is two weeks and we do not sew onto garments that we do not provide, only garments from our own catalogs.
Pre-Production Press Checks
Often our clients want to see their jobs before we actually run them; this is called a “pre-production proof” or “press check”. A client can come to our factory at the time we run their job or, as many of our clients are from out of state, we provide digital press checks. In this way, if it’s a first-time job and you’re unsure of your design, you can check and approve it before production begins. There may be additional charges applied.
Many of our clients require shipping services and we ship goods all over the country every day.
Non-Profit and Educational Discounts
Denver Screen Print & Embroidery has been part of the community for over 30 years. We offer special pricing non-profit organizations and schools.
Contract Screen Printing
This is a service we provide for customers who bring us garments they’ve purchased elsewhere but want us to print for them. Minimum quantities are required.
State of the Art Silk Screen Printing
We operate our downtown factory with both manual and automatic presses. Our “direct to screen” CT Scanner Screen Maker captures 99% of the most intricate details your custom image holds. While our automatic presses can produce several thousand shirts a day, we also accept orders as small as 24 units. See what our clients say about us and who some of our clients are. Go to the “About”” button on our Home Page and click onto Our Clients (upper right corner of page), or to the bottom page and click onto “Testimonials”. Our normal turnaround time is two weeks.
Call us for questions or help with your project. We have experienced customer service agents available Monday-Thursday from 9-5 and Friday from 9-4. They’ll be happy to help you shop our catalogs or answer questions about your project.
Shop Our Showroom
If you’re a local client (Denver or surrounding area), come to our factory and shop in our showroom. We carry hundreds of samples on the floor to choose from. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in our showroom, we’ll order in as many samples as you need to choose from for your project.
Go to the Home Page on this website and click onto “Shop Our Catalogs” (upper right corner). There you will find literally thousands of items that can be custom screen printed or custom embroidered. Often, customers bring us apparel they have purchased from somewhere else. While we will gladly screen print onto it, often it’s not printable or they’ve over paid for it. Check out both our catalogs for the best selection of contemporary apparel available anywhere.
Our in-house art department offers free art consultation to all our clients. Typically we do not develop art from scratch but have a free program on this website that will allow you to create your own design or logo. If, however, you have artwork already but need to improve it for silk screen printing, will gladly help you at no charge. For more information, go to our home page at the lower right hand and click onto “Interested in Specialty Printing”. We’ll help you, or actually create the artwork for you to be able to produce the best custom t-shirts possible!
